This is just a printed mat. It contains no extras but the track layout and scenery is printed on it. After use it can be rolled up and stored away. It's ok if you want to keep your trains off the floor but don't have a proper board but that's all. Strictly for train sets that you have to put away after use. Note that at 1800x1200mm it will hang over the edge of many dining tables.

Not value for money. Hornby via Amazon is usually good value and good quality. But this item lets Hornby down. The paper is poor quality and if you decide to fix it to a base board the paper distorts considerably.

fairly typical low end Hornby product; feels quite cheap and flimsy but it's a necessary evil if you want a track layout (for your child?) and don't want to go the whole creative process.
