I bought this feeding plate/bowl because I make lots of batches of food for our baby, freeze portions and defrost them in the microwave and it is so hard to find feeding plates that are microwave safe (it's dishwasher safe too). The double sided feature of the bowls work well. Although the bowl is quite shallow this makes it easier for the baby to get to the food and the plate is nice and high and easy to take food from. My only criticism is that the bowl does slide about a bit on the table, although if it had a rubberised base to counteract this it wouldn't be microwave safe. All in all I'm really pleased with this product.
