This hula hoop arrived very quickly and was exactly what I wanted. With it came some brief instructions which set me off straight away to use it. Im very pleased with the hoop and the service!

I love my beautiful new hoop! It's bigger than I thought so to hula in the sitting room I have to stand on the coffee table so as not to smash up the furniture... but this is quite good in the evening when it's dark outside, as I can then see my reflection in the window so it's like having my own private dance studio! Getting more than 30 seconds without a drop is quite difficult to master but it ain't half fun trying!!! LOVE IT!

Got 3 of these one for me ond the other 2 for mates, we love them the only problem was that 2 out of the 3 DVD,s didnt work but i'm going to ask the seller for some more.
Even without the DVD its great, sturdy and great fun to use and you can get a great work out, out of it I can get upto 15 minutes without dropping it now, and thats progress.
