"There will soon be a new buzzword sweeping boardrooms and offices everywhere and you'd be wise to get hip to it now. The term is "Hoof It", and these unusual words of wisdom come straight to us from the mouths of Wildebeest, cousin to the antelope who understand the importance of moving quickly, especially when predators are at ones heels.

As we follow a young calf named Vic through the Serengeti, we come to understand that while life and death will always be a part of the Circle of Life, there is a strategy for successfully surviving each day, and bringing one's vision to life!
Richard Norris has given us a process for change and success that is duplicable and easy to follow, in fact, if you can read, you can achieve!

Hoof It, is also a whopping good "tail', and as any educator will tell you, we all learn better when engaged in a good storyline. I just know that you will fall in love with the adorable Vic, whose enthusiasm for learning, his passion for his vision and his commitment to Action, will endear him to you. I have no doubt that together, Vic and his Men-taur will be able to stir your own vision, passion, purpose and fuel your drive to ACT!

If success means writing a soon to be best-selling book, then Richard Norris is indeed a huge Success!

Kudo's to Richard for writing such an imaginative, timely and useful tool for personal and business success. I have no doubt that this book will soon required reading for strategic leadership, succession planning, and for anyone with a keen desire for success.

Written within each chapter, are lessons and objectives that are articulated clearly, repeated often and then leveraged within each new lesson.

This is my favourite kind of book - one with a simple story but with an important message. Like some of the classics, it can be interpreted at the most basic level but the wiser reader will learn its key lessons. The result is a treasure that can be enjoyed by readers of all ages and experiences. This is a book that you can read, re-read and revisit again - and always spot something a little different. What I was reminded of was the importance of action. Not just thinking nor dreaming about what might be - but actually taking action to make your dreams a reality. For the busy person who says they have no time to read, there are no excuses with this book as it is written in short, pleasing chapters that do, however, make you want to read it in one sitting! There are not just 7 'key lessons' in this book - there are many many more. And not just lessons for the 'entrepreneur' but for how we should all live our lives. There are two compelling reasons to buy and devour this book. Firstly its superbly written in an easy and entertaining story style and secondly it contains powerful life lessons that Richard Norris (an over-achiever if ever there was one) has clearly learnt and mastered during many years of setting goals and overcoming obstacles. I am so impressed with the simple genius of this book that I am recommending it to all my clients and entire network. You should not just buy this book, you should also buy copies for your kids and anyone else you care deeply about ... a great road map for fulfilment and making the world a better place. A force for good. My congratulations to the author.

When I first started to read this book I thought "what is this all about!" Then I realised I was on a journey, I could relate to so many situations I had faced in business and in life, both good and bad! Richard Norris has a unique talent, it is a brillant book and one I will keep with me to read again and again! If you are considering buying this book DO IT!

Better still have him coach you in person.

Enjoy the journey!

Hoof it is a thought provoking book for anyone involved with creating and developing a team. I've read this to my 7yr old daughter and she quickly asked questions about her class at school. And a 40yr old client of mine with a large company is also finding it useful as she restructures her business and the changes that her team have to face and take ownership of.

An easy flow book, took me two days to read and I'm one I'd read again.
