I read this short story in under an hour. Tom and Janet are on their honeymoon. Janet is quite wealthy and Tom doesn't have as much money. Due to his pride he insisted on paying for and planning their honeymoon. Needless to say, there was a bit of a surprise when they arrived at their destination. I don't want to give away any of this story as it would contain spoilers.

I haven't read any of the Cypress Hollow books but this short story was very easy to follow. I got a few laughs out of this story and enjoyed these two main characters so I just may have to pick up some of the Cypress Hollow books.

At the time I downloaded this ebook to my kindle it was being offered for free in the kindle book store, which in no way affected my review.

I like all of Rachael Herron;s books. this is short story which has a few twists. Poor husband trying to a good thing.

read it and see. also if you go to her website she has a short story called Socks for Alex ---- wonderful story --- stays with you
