The item arrived within the suggested timeframe. It was well packed and included the free pillowcase. We already have a similar pillow although ours is bigger than this one. It might have beem useful to give the dimensions in the product description. Notwithstanding this, we believe the product is of an acceptable quality for the price. We would not hesitate to purchase from this seller again.

I wanted an orthopaedic pillow that would give me good support in the night,whilst I get over a rather painful operation. I was somewhat apprehensive in buying this required item on line,but finally took the plunge and opted for the New Slumberdown support pillow. Frankly,I could not have made a better choice. The pillow is just what I wanted;it gives me just the right amount of support to ensure a most comfortable night's sleep. The quality is of a high standard,and the free pillowcase is first rate. I am so pleased,that I have just ordered a second Support Pillow. Well done Slumberdown;Full marks to you!!!

I found this product somewhat disappointing. I deliberately did not choose the cheapest and got something middle of the range in the hope that it would be of good quality. It lacks the firmness to offer the support it is designed for and I would have used the word economy rather than luxury if I was the manufacturer as this is what is is in all but cost. For me it is just a bulky pillow cluttering up the room without serving the purpose it was purchased for. Very disappointing.

Not good quality
The pillow case was a good fit, however, the material is very thin and it came apart at the seem after the first wash.

Poor
The quality of this product was very poor . After about a month of use it just went very limp and had no support whatsoever. I would never reccomend this product to anyone.
