This is another of these 80's albums that should have done better than it did, first rate musicianship together with a great selection of tracks.

"big bubbles" was released as a single and hit the charts but is not like the rest of the album,"bad times" and "Where Did tomorrow go"singles followed to decresing returnes these last two along with "homeland","say a prayer","why does living"and "i would die for you" are all first class tracks where Austin Howards voice excell's' under pinned by nick beggs and simon ellis's fluid backing. The other three tracks are good but not quite upto the same standard.

Although no futher albums where released. "lost years vol 1"which i've not heard, became availible latter, and volume 2 avalible as a free download made up of demo's for the preposed second album.plenty of tasters on the internet so seek, try, buy.

Nick Beggs seems to produce his best when collaborating with other musician's and this album is a fine example of this.and is still busy in the music world.

Simon Ellis is still active working as a musical director with top artist's [belinda carlisle etc]

As for Austin Howard?

PS Cherry Red records and others produce excellent reissue's maybe this might get one in the future one can hope.
