Excellent product - however because of the extended track you need a good chair / seat / armchair etc to fully utilise the product - the extended track means preferably a straigh backed chair which goes all teh way up to your neck otherwise you miss out on the very upper part of the massage. Hoeever very good - much louder than I thought it would be also !

Purchased this about a month ago, and have used it regularly since. I would recommend it to anyone. As one of the other reviewers mentioned, it benefits from being used in a well constructed chair.
The heat setting is excellent for loosening up knotted and distressed back muscles, and I particularly like the fact you can focus the massage on which ever part of the back needs most attention. Being able to adjust how wide the shiatsu travels across the back is a nice touch, as all shapes and sizes can make good use of it. The heat setting is also excellent, particularly on a crisp autumnal evening!

This product works really well, though I would recommend trying one out in a high street store first, to see if it's the sort of thing that will suit your needs. We found it helps to try it out on different chairs, as it doesn't work so well on some of ours.
The first one we received had a fault with it (the vibration didn't work), but Amazon dealt with the replacement/returns extremely efficiently, and the new one works just fine.

Fab for the money!

Great item!
