CD Description
This album blends the more traditional influences of Eric's earlier albums, to a more contemporary awareness in Eric's songwriting. Recorded in a Norfolk farmhouse, both live and studio techniques were used. For this album, Eric and his musicians were joined by bass player Dave Bronze, who along with engineer Dave Williams and Eric produced this album.

Format:Audio CD
I was introduced to Eric Bibb's music by attending one of his concerts and boy was I hooked! You just can't get enough of this type of music. His mixture of gospel, blues and soul blends well and his rendition of my favourite track "For You" shows that there is a lot more to this man than he lets on. Other tracks that deserve a mention are "Walk the walk", "New Shoes" and the version of Sam Cooke's "Bring it on home to me".
This type of CD is perfect for a sunny day, played outside, preferably loud (but not too loud), so that your neighbours think "that person has got class after all"!
Follow this CD by buying his most recent release -"Natural Light" and you will have two great CD's in your collection.

Format:Audio CD
Eric Bibb is the most amazing blues singer, and this album is one of his best. It's a sublime mix of funky upbeat blues and more soulful songs. Most are songs he has penned himself, but there is a fabulous cover of Sam Cooke's 'Bring it on home to me'. 'Livin', Loving an' Doin'' is the first song I ever heard him sing, and I was completely knocked out by it. It's so moving.
