This booklet is a must read for anyone who wants to make their own liqueurs. I call it a booklet rather than a book because it only has 26 pages but every page is cram packed with recipes. I've read all of them and there's not a duff one amongst them, they are all so simple to make and with the exception of one or two, the ingredients are all easily obtainable or closely copied if you use your common sense. Whilst I would highly recommend this book, BE WARNED, the entire booklet is an EXACT copy of the 'Homemade Liqueur' section of Ambrose Heaths old, old book called 'Homemade Wines & Liqueurs & How To Make Them' printed by Hillman & Sons. If you have the old book, then you have this one already. The old book deals with winemaking too, so if you aren't interested in making wine, just get this booklet, you won't be wasting your money and it would make a wicked stocking filler for all levels of experience of liqueur makers.

This was bought for my brother who can quite frankly make booze out of anything. Its a great little book with lots of good ideas and clear instructions. Not much call for peculiar ingredients and some fab results.
