About the Author
Sophie is one of the youngest and most attractive stars of British cuisine. A star pupil at Westminster Kingsway College, she graduated as the Highest Achieving Female student and Highest Achieving competition chef. Her first book, Easy Peasy, was published in 2008 and was translated into German.

I've had this book for a couple of weeks now and already I have tried so many of the recipes, I absolutely love it, for me and for our family. The book is beautifully laid out, easy to follow and Sophie is a real inspiration to try and be that little bit more adventurous than trotting out the same old recipes. She reminds me a of a female Jamie Oliver and clearly has a very bright future ahead of her. Well done, a great buy, more please! Angie

Having brought Sophie's last book Easy Peasy (Easy Peasy: Laid-back Food for Lazy Days) and absolutely loving it, (Chocolate Melting Fondants Brilliant) I was very excited about receiving the new one and it hasn't disappointed, the meals are well thought out with realistic time scales and make me very hungry just looking at all the gorgeous pictures, plus the cocktails are fantastic.
Ultimately I think that this book is perfect for somebody like me who doesn't have a lot of time on their hands when getting in from work, but doesn't want to eat packet food that has to be nuked in the microwave, I enjoy cooking for my other half and I and this book lets me prepare tasty, healthy meals in under hour what more could I ask for.
So my advice is go and buy this book, your friends and family will be wowed by what you produce and I myself am a huge fan, ROLL ON THE NEXT ONE!!!

What can I say- amazing recipes! My man was very impressed and is loving all the good food I have now been cooking! Very imaginative ideas and all in under an hour! Perfecto!! Will look forward to another book :)
