Brilliant home brewing guide book, really nice edition, plenty of information, illustrations and diagrams are clear and well laid out. Really nice finish and binding to the book as well just as you'd expect from the national trust. Plenty of really good recipes to try out and great for the novice or more experienced brewer.

Disappointing for me. I thought it would be a book about the actual making of the beer, with ideas, hints and recipes , but its more like a technical manual about the components of beer. Its a bit like a book that tells you all you need to know about flour, when what you really wanted to know was how to make bread.

This has a lot of information in it, but you have to read it all to get what you want rather than being able to go to the precise heading that you're interested in. It's a bit of a ramble.

A basic guide to home brewing, gives you a taster to brewing. Not to in depth and even just a good read.

It's not a bad book but I was more interested in the beer side which could have had more detail on.
