The plunger cutters are pretty straightforward to use and there are some directions on the back, which, if followed, will help the icing come off the plunger cutters without the icing sticking on them. I used icing sugar to prevent the icing from sticking to the plunger cutters and that worked very well. You can also use corn starch, but I haven't tried it, so can't really comment on that. They are also very easy to clean. I take them apart and just soak them in water. After they are dry, they can be put back together.
Mine came in a 'Rose Leaf' packet, but they are actually 'Holly Leaf' cutters. So if you order this product and the seller sends them in the wrong packet, make sure you check the plunger cutters before sending them back.
I have added a photograph with some Holly leaf cuttings produced with these plunger cutters next to a ruler.
