The MiBody 360 analyser scale is a very accurate scale that can measure weight, body fat %, body water %, muscle mass, body mass index and basal metabolic rate to give you an accurate understanding of particular aspects of your body. When you stand with bare feet on the stainless steel contacts, a current is then sent through one foot up your leg, round the body and back down the other leg. Your measurements are based on the time it takes this current to go through your body. BMI (Body Mass Index) is a statistic worked out from the results of the muscle, fat, water plus the additional info of height, age, gender (which you put into the software when you start the programme) and weight. This is based on the "acceptable" levels set by WHO (World Health Organization). BMR (Basal Metabolic rate) is worked out in a similar way to BMI and shows how many calories you burn on a daily basis with no additional exercise. The key feature of the scale is that it has a USB dock for the MiBody 360 USB stick which can then be used to show these measurements and track your progress, measuring your performance on the computer with the special MiBody 360 software. The pedometer also has a 15 day memory and time and date stamp as well as PC connectivity linking to the MiBody 360 health tracking software.

The MiBody 360 blood pressure monitor accurately measures systolic and diastolic pulse and has a traffic light health status indicator for easy read results based on WHO standards. Again the blood pressure monitor also has six user memories with 30 memories per user and the data can be connected to the computer software, as well as a time and date stamp. The blood pressure monitor also has a BHS (British Hypertension Society) accredited ESH International Protocol Pass.
