i read the review for this and thought it sounded great. I have bought HoMedics stuff before and have been impressed but this is little more than a toy.
The vibration is very weak and not very pentrating and the only way to massage is to apply quite a bit of pressure.
It offered no relief to sore muscles and is now a plaything of my 2 year old.

This is a fantastic product not just in the way it works but in its ease of use and also its visual attraction. The Homedics Handheld Quad Massager was brought for my wife's Grandma, who is a dimentia sufferer, she also suffers with all the aches and pains that mother time brings as one of her 'gifts', one of Grandma's loves was to knit but because of the swelling in the hands and fingers this become more and more painful and became literally impossiple for her to do, but since using the massager it has seemed to have given her some relief and she can knit for short periods again. The care staff at Grandmas rest home also use it regularly on her back and arms and legs and again it really brings a lovely a smile of happiness and a giggle and grin if nothing more. The unit lights up when being used, and it is a lovely strong colour, not some dim light, which again is very stimulating and helps on different levels, the massager is also chunky enough for Grandma to use herslf even with the severity of the swelling in her hands, but is light enough that it does stop her moving it about herself. It is just a brilliant item and I cannot praise it high enough.
