First I bought an Intempo RDI for my daughter to house her IPOD Touch...she was pleased enough but after a few problems I took it back...I decided to buy the Hitachi and she couldn't be happier...Touch controls, Very cool sliding doors and a lovely sound with good radio reception..Also a USB port and SD Card slot...perfect!!!!

IVE HAD 2 OF THESE AND BOTH HAD FAULTS.THE POWER PACK ON THE MAINS LEAD OVERHEATED,IT STOPPED WORKING AFTER 10 MINS.THEN THE CD DOOR THAT SLIDES OPEN WOULD SHUT BACK EVEN BEFORE I COULD GET THE CD INSIDE.FM RECEPTION IS TERRIBLE,THE CD LCD DISPLAY IS TINY,THE SPEAKERS HAVE A VERY FLAT SOUND,THERES NO BASS BOOST. IT OK FOR THE KIDS BEDROOM,BUT IF YOU WANT A GOOD HIFI,GET A SONY.
