The DH24PC3 from Hitachi is a compact and powerful 3-mode SDS-Plus hammer drill with many advanced features. The high power 800W motor gives an impact energy of 3.2 Joules to drill up to 24mm in concrete with ease. Switch to hammer mode to remove tiles, chase grooves and more; the bit holder has a variable lock mechanism to allow a chisel to be set at the correct angle for the work. In rotary mode the DH24PC3 will drill up to 32mm in wood and, with the optional adapter, can even be used for driving screws and bolts.
The front handle is adjustable for convenience when working at any angle, and the soft elastomer grip on both the rear handle is and gear casing allows greater control when chiseling. The single action SDS-Plus bit holder makes fitting drill bits and chisels quick and easy. The DH24PC3 has an internal pressure adjustment mechanism which gives a more stable hammering action and minimises grease leakage.
At 351mm long, this is one of the most compact drills in its class. The DH24PC3 comes complete with a side handle, depth stop and moulded carrying case.

I found this drill very light, powerful and easy to use with a very long useful cord and a generous case. reverse is not that impressive but I didn't buy it for reversing...

This is a top drawer drill. Its very powerfull and will dril through most kinds of material... I have used it a lot at home mainly inside and around the Garden... As i say its very powerfull but also very light easy to use as the drill does all the work...Excellent strong case and a very long lead which is very handy... I highly recommend. If lost stolen or damaged id buy another....

Fantastic drill drives through any material with easy... wether concrete block or pre cast concrete. Would highly recommend. Definatly buy another if stolen. Light to use and comes in a lovely neat box....Top notch drill... Ideal for home use or Trade. I use for both.....
