A handy resource 28 Jan. 2013

I get the sense that this book is designed as a review book for students. I don't know how well it would work for that purpose as the language is fairly complex and there are no nice little timelines, etc like you might find in one of the AP review books. There are some nice activities in here, though, and it's a nice resource for teachers.
