I play soccer and as a result of all of the running that I do, I often experience hip pain. This book not only offers relief but also offers great advice on preventing hip pain. It explains the different causes that can contribute to hip pain and different treatments that can be effective in relieving the pain. I love that for each stretch or exercise listed, there is also a link to a YouTube video. It is very helpful for me to actually see the stretches and exercises being done as opposed to just reading about how to do them. I would recommend this book to anyone who suffers from any kind of hip discomfort.

Having read through this book, there is a lot of great advice, simple and to the point. My uncle who is suffering from hip pain is being diagnosed currently to determine treatment. this books should at least help in relieving some of the pain while waiting.

You will find the exercise options extensive. I downloaded 4 of the videos and will be going over them with my uncle. This book is well worth the read if you have a family member suffering from hip pain.

I do not experience hip pain but I have a relative who is very close to me that has this problem. She has arthritis . I wanted to help because I couldn't watch her suffer. After reading the book I came to the conclusion , the best exercise for her was the foam roller to loosen her hips. I also showed her the YouTube video for a demonstration. Thank you for this much needed remedy to help with her pain.

I learnt quite a lot from this book such as all the different causes of hip pain, stretches and exercises. The medical and all natural ways to treat hip pain. I very glad I read the book just to I know how to prevent hip pain before it actually happens. Stretching is a good one as well as protective wraps/braces.
Sometimes after exercising i will apply some ice to the area as I can get stiff in this area the next few day and the ice really helps with that. I think this book was a great guide to prevent hip pain and some good examples to try when suffering with it.

I am a working woman and spend long hours sitting at my computer. With the passage of time, I started having hip pain. Initially, I thought that it might be due to continuous sitting, but gradually the problem because worse and worse. Luckily, I came across this book. Easy exercises and natural remedies listed in this book are actually very effective in eliminating hip pain. I have been following the exercises and stretching routines for several days now and the results are highly satisfactory. If you or anyone in your known is suffering from hip pain, then this book is a must read. It will be very beneficial for everyone having hip pain. Read it, follow the tips given in there and feel the difference! After all, what is more important than good health!

I love the exercises in this book, but i also love that the author took the time to actually explain hip pain and what causes it. There are ways to prevent hip pain from ever happening but, if you already are afflicted with it, there are ways to make it less painful or stop the pain. Exercises in the book include strengthening exercises and exercises to loosen tight hips. There is also information on medical solutions including surgery, acupuncture, over-the-counter-medications and other treatments. The book also explores natural remedies and it is filled with exercises to help. It is a great guide for those that experience hip pain and those that never want to.

Having suffered from hip pain for many years I always read whatever I can get my hands on. After two MRI's and being told that sometimes you just have to put up with the pain I knew it was time to take my hips in my own hands. The book has video links that show you the proper form and exercises to help. The key to improving your hip pain is consistency. Even when you start to feel better keep doing them and when you feel great keep doing them. Definitely worth reading if you suffer from hip pain.
