The programme begins with an essential 10-minute warm-up, followed by the main workout, which is broken down into four 9-minute sections that ultimately come together to create a final performance piece for when youre ready to work that booty on the dance floor! Pretty soon youll be looking and feeling great, plus youll be able to bust some seriously cool hip hop moves.

The DVD comes across as really fresh, young and funky. The design and navigation of the DVD are great and there are some chilled out hip-hop tunes to get down to. I must be really slow, but it took me AGES to pick up most moves...
One of the really great things about the DVD is that each section is shown to you, then you get to practice it 4 times before they move on to the next little section and everything is broken down into tiny little bits. However, despite it being repeated 4 times, It was not enough for me, and I had to keep hitting the back button on the DVD player and I re-did each bit several times before finally getting it and feeling confident enough to move on to the next bit.
When you do finally get, for example, the full first section, it feels great! The feeling of achievement is brilliant and you do actually feel like you are dancing (like an extra in a Justin Timberlake video or something!).
Physically, it's akin to a decent step aerobics session, but it is very varied, some moves are really easy to get and aren't too energetic, whilst others require jumps and a lot more concentration.
The fact that its all filmed in what appears to be a car garage is a little strange, but in general its a great, fun way to work out and I'd heartily recommend it to anyone who fancies giving dancing a go.
This is the however part. I was put off by my purchase for the first few days as the routines are carried out WAY to fast which is a little annoying. Surely as the DVD is only 40mins long they could have had a beginners section where the steps are laid out in basic form. You do get to see each little module 4 times but trying to follow professional dancers isnt going to be quick and easy.
It is fun though and after a couple of weeks (realisticaly!) you will get the hang of it, like anything else really. So if your willing to put the effort in, the buy is definitly worth the few bucks that it costs. Sum kool tracks too..
Hope this is a clear overview
Good if you want something different but dont depend on it to be working you just as hard after a few weeks.
