I found this book named in a list entitled "Deeper-Life Reference Books". I trusted the judgement of the man who made the list and I subsequently bought the book.
All I can remember about Hinds' Feet On High Places is that I was captivated from start to finish! I read the whole book in one day! It is imaginatively written and beautifully so. I found myself being stirred within as I watched the unfolding story of the enriching and transforming relationship between Much Afriad and The Shepherd. As quite a new Christian at the time of reading Hinds' Feet, I was particularly struck by the theme of "Trust and Obey", especially so when it was called for through the more poignant times of suffering and sorrow. This book showed me that a Walk-With-God is a GREAT adventure, both thrilling and drilling, which no-one ought to miss!
