This looks lovely,pleased with it as gives welcoming glow.Cant say notice any difference in health properties it is supposed to give off,but then didnt buy it for that only bought for appearance.Was bit smaller than had hoped.But overall happy with it.Looks good.Arrived well packaged and in good condition.Only prob was wrong address was put on it.Yet right address was on invoice inside package.Went to few neighbouring houses before it got to me but as I say arrived intact safely in the end and is much admired by visitors.

Very well packaged which is a necessity as this lamp is very heavy, as well as being truly beautiful and unique. Each one is different and it really has to be seen to be fully appreciated. The fabulous glow it gives out is warm and soothing, and I can quite believe the mental and physical benefits that the manufacturer claims come from using one. I bought it for my Sister who has been a yogi for 40 years and she is totaly thrilled with it. I am now going to buy one for myself.

Well, I was looking forward to recieveing this product and contacted the seller after three weeks of ordereing. They informed me that the courier treid to deliver three times and sent a log. I knew that this wasn't the case as there was no calling card which I explained to the seller. The stated that they would try to send out again, but the same thing happened. I relised that this wasn't the seller's fault but decided to ask for a refund as I felt we were going round in circles. This did take a while to process and I had to prompt the seller for this refund twice. Just came through today. So, rating the customer service and not the product as I never recieved this.
