5.0 out of 5 stars 3H's is a winner 22 Jan 2004
Format:Audio CD
If you enjoy the country sound with a bit of folk and honky tonk mixed in this album is a winner. Brian is for real and this album is fun to listen to and yet has a few that kind of jerk the heart strings as well. Love it and play it often.

5.0 out of 5 stars Brian Burns is the Real Deal 17 Nov 2000
By A Customer - Published on
Format:Audio CD
In this era when what currently passes for country music is what we used to call, well, rock'n'roll, with nary a decent songwriter on the horizon, Brian Burns is the Real Deal. You can hear the influences of Lefty Frizzell, Willie Nelson and the other greats of a bygone era, but with a fresh sound and lyrics. If you love the honkytonk sound that seems to have vanished, stop crying in your beer and get this CD!
5.0 out of 5 stars Not only is he an excellent songwriter and fine singer 8 Aug 2014
By Aphra Wannabe - Published on
Format:Audio CD|Verified Purchase
Brian Burns is not widely recognized although many of his songs probably are. Not only is he an excellent songwriter and fine singer, he works to educate Texas school children about the unique history of their home state. A great man making great music.
