After reading about 3 months all literature around HSP, this book has come in very handy. Written in practical language and guidelines, there are enough tipps including all areas of your life that you need to adjust your lifestyle to your sensitivity, reduce stress and increase inner peace and harmony as soon as possible. Well written, good read.

Good information for anyone who is highly sensitive and it is written in an easily understood way.
A great read and helps anyone to know that being sensitive is a rare human quality and not something that requires a prescription or diagnosis from the GP! A very supportive book and a must for any sensitive person.

It's a pity that such an exciting piece of psychological research has been cobbled together with some of the worst new age woo imaginable.

The book is well written and I am sure the author's intention's are pure. However, you will probably have figured all of this out yourself by now. I was rather hoping for a huge secret insight about handling a noisy office as an HSP when telling people around you to please be a little quieter isn't an option, but alas, no :(
