I initially bought a little wire saw to take wild camping, but to be fair, it really wasn't up to the job.
I bought the Highlander Wolverine saw as it seemed more suitable and rugged. It certainly cuts through small to medium sized branches quite easily, and the folding blade means that it becomes quite compact when not in use. It's very light too, which is important to me, as I don't like carrying lots of heavy kit around.
I would recommend this to anyone wanting to cut firewood on the camping trips.
