It's a great chair to sit in while working. It takes a bit of effort to put it together once it arrives, but there is a detailed manual that explains all the steps to put the chair together. The height can easily be adjusted, but my chair keeps lowering itself when I sit on it so when I put it high in the morning, I finish low in the evening (unless I increase the seating height again during the day of course).

It's been less than a year since I bought this chair and it is slowly but surely falling apart. First of all the black covering started to flake off. Next, the spring which tilts the chair back got jammed, so it is stuck in the normal position. And now, just last week, the chair is wobbling from left to right and is completely unusable. This is the second one I had from Ryman as the first had the same problems.
Please do not buy this chair. It is obviously very badly made.

Is a good chair for the price and quite recommendable. However there are a couple of issues depending on your circumstances. It is realitvely heavy (since big) and the casters it comes with have quite thin wheels; that means that unless you are using it on carpet or a throw rug you must buy an additional set of casters for hard floors (absolutely mandatory for wooden floors).

Cheap feel - would be better under £40
No problem with the seller, product arrived one working day after I ordered it.

Rubbish
I have had this chair for about 12 months and it's falling apart. it makes annoying noises when you move or turn and its wobbly and unstable. it's now broken. waist of money. Read more

This chair is very unsupportive for the back (as it's not firm enough) the seat is rock hard to sit on and it enjoys leaning back too much as one slight push and your leaning back... Read more

gives me a strong back pain
This chair has a too deep seat for me. my height is 165cm. when I sit on it, I can't lay my back comfortably and it gives me a strong back pain after 10 minutes.
