I found this book fascinating, easy to read and a really great approach to the different ways in which we can all benefit from management skills. As the author demonstrates, Learning to Lead needn't be dull - whether it's as part of your local sports committee, the education service or within a profit-centered organisation. More than ever, we all need good inter-personal skills. This book gives you all sorts of insights that - if you put them into practice - will improve your relationships both at home and in the workplace.
