I am very conscious of what I feed my cat and feel it is important for her to eat food as close to her natural diet as reasonably possible. I would never feed any cat dry food as it doesn't resemble a natural diet in any way possible and can result in renal failure and due to chronic dehydration.
Though I would like to, I wouldn't feel comfortable feeding my cat a completely raw diet, but I do give her a raw chicken wing to chew on once or twice a week to help keep her teeth clean (raw bones do not splinter unlike cooked) and she loves the odd raw egg. Hi-Life provides a good meat percentage (about 50%) unlike other wet foods (Felix, Whiskas, Gourmet which have about 4% - always check the ingredients!) and my cat adores it! The price is reasonable at £3.99 for 8 pouches from most supermarkets. She also enjoys Natures Menu, Applaws, Lily's Kitchen and Encore all of which I would recommend.
