Excellent walking boots - robust and very comfortable - really hi tech construction - a bit tight on the toes for those who have wide feet, but superb for those who have narrow ones

Ordered these walking shoes, which arrived promptly. Very nice styling, but I found them a little 'tight'. I'm a size 5 and I'm not sure they would fit comfortably with thick walking socks. Am hoping that they will slacken a bit after some wear.
They're not as soft and comfortable as I thought they would be, but I'm still wearing them in and am getting used to them. On the whole, not bad.

Purchased boots for light to moderate rambling/hill walking. Have worn them twice at 3 week intervals. Boot is well made and appears to be damp proof ?? not checked waterproof as dont intend to jump in puddles and weather has been dry lately. I am normally a size 6 in trainers/boots and ordered size 6.5 in these and gosh am i paying for this... First walk was a light 4 mile hike and both heels were ripped to shreds/blisters galore and also observed squashing around toe area. Had to wait nearly 4 wks before nxt walk due to blister damage and then walked a minor 2 miles in them and again heels/skin started to tear and afta limping for last half mile decided to give up :-( I will be purchasing these again however am looking at one size up to ensure smooth comfortable fit. Price is good, boot is good but buyer be aware re sizes... Happy Rambling ALL..

On the small side
Bought size 5 which is what I am in other walking boots etc but was far too small. Very pinchy around the toes and generally quite narrow. Read more

Great for the weekend
