I just bought these pair of walking shoes and tried them out on a 5-mile-walk. They are very comfortable, light and well cushioned. Just get them in a bigger size than what you are. I am a size 5, but got them in a size 6 (thank you, dear customers, for this tip in the reviews!). As usual, Amazon delivered this item very quickly - great service. The only thing is that the left lace is almost torn apart - it was delivered damaged. Not Amazon's fault, but I have to buy a new pair of laces now.

I bought these shoes after trying on a pair in Millets, which were a perfect fit. Amazon sent the shoes very quickly but the shoes were a huge diappointment. They were shorter in length & very much narrower. I am very disappointed that Hi-Tec have produced such an inferior shoe using the same model name. I noted that the code on the label inside the tongue is different, suggesting they are a newer/different model. I am grateful to Amazon for providing a free returns service.

Unsuitable (for me)
Sadly the shoe was hard and unforgiving for walking and hiking. I've had Hi Tec before and been exceptionally pleased, so it won't put me off. Read more

Look Good but not a great walking shoe
These come up a size smaller than usual. They are a very nice looking shoe however they aren't supportive on the foot arch and they are very stiff and unflexible. Read more

Fantastic shoe at great price
