When the cartridge arrived I noticed that it was more than two years out of date! It was dated "install before" June 2007 and I received it in November 2009. I emailed the supplier and asked for a postage paid envelope to be sent to me so that I could return the cartridge and requested a replacement. I was told that all of their stock was out of date and that this shouldn't be a problem as they had sold hundreds in the same state without any problems!
I was not happy to use an out of date cartridge so I asked for a refund. I appreciate that returning items is usually the responsibility of the customer but I felt in this case that I should not have to inconvenience myslef due to the extremely poor quality of the product.
I was told that this was not possible and was eventually persuaded to try the cartridge with a 50% refund offered as a goodwill jesture, with the understanding that if there was any problems I could have a full refund. Unsurprisingly when I tried the cartridge only the blue colour worked so I then had to contact them again for the second half of my refund.
Whilst I did eventually receive a full refund the whole experience was time consuming, frustrating and ultimately pointless as I now need to order a cartridge from another supplier.
It appears that they are able to offer competitive prices on these cartridges due to them being out of date, so I would look elsewhere if you can find the product for a similar price.

The cartridge was delivered quickly after being ordered which was the good thing about it. However when it was loaded into the printer evrything was printed in blue and green or yellowy green. After trying to print several pages, all with the same result,I e-mailed IJT about the problem. I received the following advice "It needs to be in an upright position as it would be in the printer and not used for at least twelve hours before use. If it is still a problem, stand it upright in 1/4 inch luke warm tap water, wipe the printhead and rear contracts dry and reinsert into the printer. Print off four or five test pages and this should resolve the issue." After I had left it in the printer for five days I followed the rather bizarre- sounding advice and of course, no difference at all. I e-mailed IJT straight away telling them I would return the cartridge and expect a refund. I have not had a reply to that so have returned it today and hope I shall receive a refund. My advice is...buy from somewhere else!

Amazon Verified Purchase
Had no problems with this ink cartridge. It was cheaper than in the shops and has not dried up yet _ (after nearly 3 weeks of use).

Excellent buy
I am 100% happy with the service and product. It was less than half the price everywhere else. I have been using the cartridge for a couple of months without any problems.

NO RED!!
Seemed a good deal. Was not. A printer cartridge with no red ink. Returned to sender asked for refund. Got no reply. Expensive lesson learned.

Refurbished ones dont work all the time
