I regularly shop with Amazon and the experience has usually been exemplary. Until, that is, I made the mistake of ordering this cartridge from IJT. If you read the feedback on IJT as a company (click on their name at the top of this page), you will see that negative feedback is usually given because IJT have sent a different item to that ordered, and subsequently obtaining a replacement from IJT is nigh on impossible. This is what has happened to me. Well over a month ago I ordered this light magenta cartridge from IJT through Amazon but when the cartridge eventually arrived it was minus any outer packing and quite clearly one component of a HP 363 Photo Value Pack. The cartridges that are contained within such packs each contain less ink that the respective regular item, such as that illustrated on the page (each is sufficient for just 150 photos against, in the case of the regular light magenta, 240 photos). From criticism of IJT in recent reviews in relationship to this particular item, and taking into account the general negative feedback of the company, it would appear that my experience is far from an isolated incident. Indeed, such shenanigans by IJT appear to form part of their modus operandi. I have politely and patiently communicated with IJT over several weeks, sent the item back under RMA, and had a replacement authorised which arrived a few days ago. Can you imagine my disappointment on opening the package to discover that, instead of the required ink cartridge, the package contained a virtually worthless SanDisk 2GB microSDHC card, which I neither want nor need. IJT are no longer responding to my emails. Consequently I have now filed a claim through Amazon under their "A-to-z Guarantee" scheme. You have been warned!
