Thia has confirmed that my oven is running at the correct temperatures. However, the clip system seems very flimsy and only just fits on the oven bars. It is quite easy to read, but takes up valuable space and is easily dislodged.

I live in Spain and the ovens here mainly heat from the bottom up. I wasn't sure that my temperatures were right so I thought this would be perfect as I could see it clearly through the glass oven door. After only two uses I had to swivel it downwards to get the casserole dish out and the clip snapped, it was as though it had gone brittle with the heat. As I live in Spain I didn't return it (Postage would have cost more than the value of the item probably) Great idea, shame about the quality. My advice - dont buy this!

As a big Heston fan, I was excited to see a product that can help me get better results by monitoring the oven temperature - apparently ovens are often inaccurate!? That explains a lot.... The dial is nice and clear, and I can see it through the oven window (if I have cleaned it!) Nice little product, would recommend!

Good quality product
Good quality product. Basic but sturdy.
The only reason it didnt get five stars is because the clips on the base dont fit to my oven trays,
so i have to jam it on there.

NOT A ROBUST ITEM.
I purchased this oven thermometer a few months ago and at first all was well .The item is smaller than you might think and unless your door glass is perfectly clean it is difficult... Read more

Works but not at high temperatures
Seems to work fairly well and nice big numbers visible through the oven door with Centigrade on the outside. Read more
