Easy to use and read. Has significantly improved my cooking as I now remove meat from the oven at the correct internal temperature instead of reducing it to shoe-leather. Would be even better if also sold with the attachment for balancing it on the side of a saucepan which HB uses on the TV progammes.
A nice simple product that I normally would not bother with, but after reading Blumenthal's book, it has become my favourite kitchen tool.
