Kit Heath’s jewellery foundations were built on successfully translating Celtic and Rennie Mackintosh themes into very appealing silver jewellery at the height of its popularity in the 1980’s and 1990’s. To this day we remain ever passionate about our Celtic and Mackintosh jewellery.
Heritage Celtic Jewellery
The Celts originated in Eastern Europe and migrated widely through out Europe and the UK. Examples of Celtic artwork and designs originate from stone carvings as old as 3000BC, depicting a myriad of interlinking patters. Animals and trees also feature widely symbolising courage, strength and long life.
Woven strands create the fluid Celtic forms of knots, High Crosses, Lovers’ hearts and Claddagh symbols, set against green and purple stones to enhance the theme.

Heritage Mackintosh jewellery
Glasgow born Charles Rennie Mackintosh studied at the Glasgow School of Art where he developed his trademark design style. Working between 1885 -1904, his bold lines and grid patterns combined with roses and tulips became the signature features of his jewellery, furniture and architectural designs.
Mackintosh is a decorative collection featuring the iconic forms of roses and tulips. Lilac ceramics and amethyst stones add appealing vibrancy.

Heritage Art Nouveau jewellery
Art Nouveau is a decorative design movement dating from 1880-1910. Designers of the time created interiors, ceramics, glass and jewellery using the natural forms of flowers and leaves as their inspiration. Organic shapes and graceful elongated lines are key features of this style.
Watery pearls and opals are used to striking effect, enhancing the soft flowing forms of this era.

Heritage Art Deco jewellery
Art Deco was an exciting new movement of the 1920’2 and 1930’s, developed between the two world wars. The movement turned away from the organic qualities of Art Nouveau, looking to those of abstract design and colour, with clean and pure lines.
Vibrant contrasting hues of black agate and cubic zirconia are applied to geometric shapes in this distinctive and highly individual collection.

Care Guide
To help keep your Heritage jewellery looking beautiful, we recommend you care for it in the following ways:- Cleaning - use a high quality silver cloth. We do not recommend that you use silver dips.
- Stones - to bring back sparkle to faceted gemstones, use warm soapy water and a soft brush, rinsing in clean water. Pearls should be washed in mild soapy water and dried gently every time they are worn.
- When wearing your Heritage jewellery, avoid contact with chemicals, perfume, hairspray and deodorant as this can cause unnecessary tarnishing.
- Storage - store your Heritage jewellery carefully in a cool dry place.
Hallmark Guide
Sterling silver can be identified by a simple stamp on the silver item, if the stamp states 925, then it is sterling silver quality silver. All of the Heritage jewellery bares this stamp.Assay Office Mark
In the case of Heritage this will be EDINBURGH - The mark of the Assay office where the piece was tested. All overweight Heritage jewellery is tested and hallmarked by the Edinburgh Assay Office in Scotland.Box Contains

This necklace is more stunning than the photo could ever show. It really is lovely and very well made. So many people have commented on it and were surprised that it wasn't dearer. Now saving up for the matching ring, earrings and bracelet!! I can't imagine any woman ever being disappointed in receiving this as a gift...so get your wallets out men!!!!

Bought this for my wife for Christmas, not sure what she would think of it. She has a little celtic blood in her and likes the knots and designs, but she is VERY fussy about her jewelery (like all women I guess) and I have had a few 'misses' in the past. But this one she never takes off. It is her 'default' necklace, the one she wears all the time, except for the odd occasion when she HAS to wear something else, to match her shoes or handbag or eye makeup or something. I definitely did good when I bought this. Big kudos for me. It's a sheer quality piece, it is unique in design (as fas as I know) and a definite winner with the Mrs. I'm sure I'd get extra double kudos if I bought the earrings too. Maybe I will, if she's very good....

I bought this necklace as a birthday present for my daughter so was hoping it would be a good quality and I wasn't disappointed. It arrived very promptly and was packaged well. I was delighted with the necklace and so too was my daughter.
