I found this book when seeking information on cancer for a member of our family. It is the most wonderful source of down-to-earth guidance on nutrition, life-style, side-effects and how to alleviate them. It provides invaluable guidance through the maze of natural / herbal supplements and highlights those which can really help. It also helps to address the "whole" person, looking at the physical, mental and spiritual. I regard it as a "bible" and cannot recommend it highly enough.

Even if you do not have cancer get this book and read it!

It is very well written and laid out. It explains everything you need to know about cancer and how to prevent it.

Well worth the money!
