This book was mentioned to me many times in different conversations with other women and so i decided to read it for my self to form my own opinion about it. From the moment it arrived i couldnt put it down.. I started to read it at the beginning of my moon cycle and felt it really supported me throughout and helped me recognise different emotions and feelings towards being a woman and how to perceive them differently which helped. I found it fascinating to read about what other cultures did when a woman was blessed with her time of the month and how they were looked upon as the wise member of their tribe. I love the idea of how women each month are able to shed the past few weeks and begin again renewed, empowered and charged up to embrace what lies ahead. Even if your not into this idea of connecting with the wisdom of your menstruation i recommend to just take a peek inside and read about a womens experience of when she totally embraced the moments of her moon.

I RECOMMEND EVERY WOMAN IN THE WORLD TO READ THIS BOOK! It's brilliant! It arrived to my house efficiently and nicely (thank you Amazon!) and the book has been a phenomenon to me. Get it! Get it! Get it!
