I bought this fob watch last week, and it arrived and looked good so I wore it. While I was walking to a work placement across a field one of the links came loose and I managed to lose the bottom half of the watch. When I tried to get a replacement sent out the distributor told me that they can't be sure I didn't just break the watch myself so will not replace it for me. They explained this by saying that people do sometimes try to claim for things by saying that a part of it has been lost, but what I don't understand is what I would gain by saying the watch part of the fob had been lost. Surely they don't think I am going to use a broken watch for work? Anyway what I will say is that if you do buy this watch be careful of the screws coming loose and if the bottom half does come off try and find it or you may be accused of lying by the distributors if you try to claim.
