These are a great Bargain, I'm a very enthusiastic home cook and I just love the simplicity and style of this set. They're ultra sharp and are great to use at speed, the range is good and the blades are as flexible as they are sharp, so they're good for filleting fish and meat.
The scissors are robust enough to spatchcock a bird, but are also precise enough to cut most things the average kitchen would throw at them.
I'm extremely impressed with them and I'd thoroughly recommend them!

Absolutely fantastic set of knives - had them for a year now and still as delighted. Professional quality, razor sharp knives! Also I have never been very good at sharpening knives but with the steel in this set I find it really easy.

Good Knives
The knives I had purchased 10 years ago were made stronger than this new group. But Henckels are pretty well made knives so I am happy enough.
