As part of the Henckels Four Star Range, which has become the benchmark for quality cooks knives, this 26cm Scalloped edge Slicing Knife has been designed with perfect handling in mind for carving and slicing meats. It sits neatly in the hand and features the same ergonomic handle as the rest of the 4* range. It is perfectly balanced, with a full tang and a durable, easily sharpened, corrosion resistant blade. Zwilling Henckels have used their own patented technology in the production of these knives ?Çô Friodur ice hardening and Sinter Component technology.
