It sits neatly in the hand and features the same ergonomic handle as the rest of the 4* range. It is perfectly balanced, with a full tang and a durable, easily sharpened, corrosion resistant blade. Zwilling Henckels have used their own patented technology in the production of these knives ā Friodur ice hardening and Sinter Component technology.
