Cheap yet very efficient little product. Strong and durable (already well over its 100th job)! Super fast delivery. Couldnt be happier - which is rather sad given its only a seam unpicker! Small minds etc .

I purchased this because I have a wife who insists on buying clothes at boot sales that are too big and expects me to cut them down to size. It opens hems and seams tirelesly - not like me. I am just grateful I don't have to use my teeth or a kitchen knife..

This product was not used as a seam ripper, but to undo my horses plaits - a trick passed onto me by an older and wiser horseman! It does this brilliantly! It's easy to snuck into the palm of your hand, so you have no open scissors flailing around, and you can guarantee you cut the thread not your horses mane.

Highly recommend this particular seam ripper as I've gone through hundreds of them over the years! These last longer than other makes I've used. The size of the head is also correct for all types of applications except, maybe, upholstery - but there are heavier duty ones for that. Great value for money, for the long lasting use you will get from this (I use mine nearly every day and they still last for weeks and weeks!) EVERY household should have one of these - even if there's no actual sewing going on - because there are a hundred and one OTHER uses for this handy little tool!

Doesnt look like the picture, I'm not sure what the white extension bit is supposed to be in the picture. It's a regular seam ripper i.e metal fork like end at the top, which does the job required, so I'm happy. Arrived in time.

This does its job and is very easy to use and store away; the cover closes in tightly on it which helps. the longer tip can be used to pull out threads when held on the non-sharp edge. the blade is sharp enough though.

I wouldnt bother, blunter than a butter knife, which means youre essentially just pulling and snapping the thread. Went in the bin

I can't really get too excited about a seam ripper other than to confirm this is the perfect little gadget for quickly undoing seams and stitching. With its fine point it's easy to ensure that only the stitching is ripped without snagging the fabric.

It's a sewing essential for me and I wouldn't be without it. Highly recommended and a gift at the price!
