I love this cd, it helps me meditate and is very relaxing. Because there is no music, just the sound of the waves, it doesnt get boring, so one can use it daily. The cd consists of one hour recording of ocean sounds (including seagulls in the far distance), there's no repetition in it.

After trying many different types of relaxation CDs I am so happy to have discovered the Hemi-Medi Ocean concert. The sound of the ocean has always been very secial to me, I just love drifting away to the sound of the waves breaking on the beach. After 15 minutes listening to the CD I feel refreshed and energised. The combination of nature sounds and binaural beats definitely works for me.
