Size Name:Black - Medium

Do exactly what you want, keep you warm and dry. There's probably cheaper available, but I'm a fan of the HH base layer system, having one of their Lifa Dry tops as well.
If you're walking in snow a lot, perhaps you'd be better with the Lifa "Warm" option, but for outdoors in the UK, these are great.
