The 3 channel mini series of helicopters offer great value for money. Unlike your cheaper helicopters this has hinged blades and stabiliser to ensure a smooth flight. It as a plastic body not polystyrene body like cheaper versions have. It has a trim setting to ensure the helicopter does what you want it to not have a mind of it's own. With 3 different channel setting you can fly up to 3 of them at the same time on different bands. If you are looking for a troubleless, easy, quick to set up toy look else where. This is a toy which needs attention i have still not got the hang of it but have had a great time when i have. great fun to fly but getting it going is not that easy. Things easily go wrong and without time and dedication won't get better

My 12-year old Son bought this item with money he had saved. It lasted about twenty minutes before it landed on the carpet from about three feet and the whole tail section fell off. It was not abused and being used as you might expect it to be.
I have contacted the seller, who claim it can 'stand crashes' (sic) and their entire response was "Dear Customer, Im afraid there is not alot we can do as it has been broken during use".
My advice is don't buy this and don't deal with sellers who treat customers in such a dismissive manner.

I bought this helicopter as a gift for my husband's 60th birthday - he's always wanted to fly a helicopter so now he can. The charge does not last very long but it is quite easy to fly once you've mastered the intricacies. It's very light so probably unsuitable for outdoor flying most of the time in our windy climate.
