Book Description

21 July 2003
In New York, in the early 90s, Hedonism is the city's top dance club. When top DJ Skippy winds up in hospital in a coma, the victim of a mugging, his best friend Holy decides to solve the crime himself. Hedonism is a fast action trip through a hardcore underworld of hip dance music, S&M sex and mountains of illegal drugs. It's a world at odds with normality, where no-one sleeps and everyone is a suspect. It's a world populated by glamorous models, body-pierced dancers and heartless villains.

5.0 out of 5 stars Buy this book! 27 Mar 2004
Format:Paperback
Loved it, was one of the books that changed my life... read this if you ever wanted to see another side to life - something that isn't quite right and doesn't fit with all the nice happy friendly people that you have lived with.

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent - You hear the beats while reading 25 Mar 2004
Format:Paperback
This book is amazing and should be read by anyone who has been in the scene - have pounded the hard Manhattan pavement - and have lived to remember the crazy events that sew together a life. I read this book while commuting on the subway from Brooklyn to Manhattan - reading while underground about the underground - poetic. I could not put it down - and made my commute to work easier for the past week or two. The writing, the descriptive language, the choice of words, made the nightlife come alive and all of the wonders that is NYC.
