Bought this to hang the punchbag in my garage. The bolts that came with it were not quite long enough as my bag is quite heavy, so I had to buy some new ones but it was only a few quid to do so. The bracket is well made, solid and does the job very well.
This product is just as described, it installs very easy and it can hold a heavy punch bag without any trouble. It is compact and once you get used to it you don't even notice it being on the ceiling.
