Bought this as it was cheap and was to go with Playmobil construction toys. It is a good crane, easy to work for even younger kids (once put together) but jams sometimes if you leave your finger on the controls too long once it reaches the end of the cable. Not permanent though as if you help the cable along it gets going again. Sometimes topples if you try to lift heavier stuff but with normal toys is fine. Worth the money I paid.

not the easiest assembly, no mention of batteries, noisy in lifting mode, but overall an impressive action toy.

This all worked great for me, setup was easy, and everything worked fine. My little nephew had a lot of fun with it over the years. At first he was a bit young but a few years later, now that he is 5, he is having a lot of fun attaching things to it and lifting them up and whatnot. Although I think the majority of fun he got from a magnet I gave him which we attached to the end of the crane so it can pick up metal objects.
The bad bit is that it's very flimsy and considering it's so tall, the stand broke with hardly any force, so now it's done for. It is however only a tenner so... pretty good value for money I suppose.

Fun but poor work manship
