the first studio album from dj spinna and a top effort. featuring the cream of underground east coast emcees including eminem, talib kweli and apani b fly emcee. The action never stops and the album maintains a good balance and flow throughtout. ranging from stomping instrumentals to politically charged rap this album is top quality, if you liked Mos Def's black on both sides you'll love this.

Despite featuring artists such as Eminem & Talib Kweli the best track on this album -"Rock" is an instumental; and rock it does! Featuring Uptempo "Apache" breaks and some truly funky horns "Rock" will fill any dancefloor.
The rest of the tracks, unfortunately, are pretty mediocre downtempo hip hop jams, with the exception of the sublime "Who u be" featuring Missin Linx. "Rock dees" features Eminem in a dark & menacing mood (no suprises there then).
In short - not the best stuff Spinna's ever done but still worth a listen.

This single is once again one of the hottest singles by a rap/hip hop artist. This single is a must have for Eminem fans, a collectible.
