Amazing read 12 Dec 2002
By A Customer
Format:Hardcover
As soon as I finished reading 'Heaven in High Gear' I immediately wanted to start reading it again. It's the type of book you can read over and over and still get something from it. You will also find yourself passing it around your friends. It is a tale of spiritual and personal awakening. It may seem unusual that the main character is a stripper but the book is so beautifully written that you will be able to relate to her. My first thought on picking up was that it was an unusual topic (God coming to Earth as a biker) and although at times it is a little predictable, it is a heart warming story that will make you think about the important things in life. A highly reccommended read!

I picked this up having read the Authors 2 previous brilliant books "God on a Harley" and "Joyride" and those alone they were fantastic ..whenever ive needed a bit of a shake ive read them and they are truely inspirational, i have even bought them for friends and family members lent my own out and everyone has loved them ..However i cannot say the same for this book .I was so hoping that this would be as great as the first two and i was looking forward to reading about Joe again but it was just horrible, horrible horrible .The main character is so vile and dislikeable its hard to like her and want her to be enlightened .It overshadows Joes role so much ,Who in my opinion just didnt fit with this horrible main character at all maybe im missing something here i dont know .Instead of feeling warm and fuzzy by the end i just felt empty and annoyed i'd wasted my time on sych drivvle .This is such a shame because as i have stated previously her other 2 books moved me incredibly ...sometimes less is definatly more and in this case i would recommend reading the other 2 and just completly by pass this. This book just really is'nt worth bothering with .

No, No, No... 10 Oct 2006
Format:Hardcover
This book must rank as one of the worst I've EVER read - and belive me I've read alot. Sickly sweet and over the top - my cat could have written better. Glad I only paid 50p in a charity shop for this one - it's going straight back.
