I was disappointed with this product. I left it for over 20 minutes on a small bottle of babys milk and it was not even lukewarm.
I received a Heat in a Click baby bottle warmer for Christmas, and I was excited, because we have already used the little hand warmers, and they work great. But my warmer arrived without the metal disk that starts the chemical reaction. I went to the website, and emailed the company, and was emailed back fairly promptly, given the Christmas holiday. Then after answering basic questions about my product I was ignored. I tried send multiple emails to the company, and was replied to, with the same questions as my first response, and by the same man. I have answered, again, and am waiting for a reply.
I feel that the company's customer service is rather terrible. My situation is all that complicated; I have a faulty product that needs to be replaced and they have wasted more than a month in dealing with their own mistake.

Handy for warming baby's milk in an emergency- e.g. warming a bottle when travelling in the car. I haven't used it much as it took quite a long time to warm my daughter's large beaker of milk. Might be more effective on a bottle, but we've passed the bottle stage.

Great Warmer. Bad at reverting to gel form
First time you use it it impresses you. Just click the metal disc and the gel solidifies and provides a constant heat instantly. That part works as advertised. Read more

clixk and heat
only god for narrow baby bottle, but it does do the job. the poppers are a bit flimsy on it.
